Our Admin Office Telephone Number is: 705-321-7945 In an effort to keep our prices as low as possible, we do not run a costly call-centre, which can often increase prices by 20 - 40%, even if you never need to call it. For all customer inquiries, please contact us by E-mail, and we will respond as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. Although our office is in Canada, all prices are in U.S. dollars and most products are warehoused in and shipped from the U.S. Not all products can be imported into Canada or other areas outside of the Continental U.S. at this time. Canadian and International customers will be responsible for any and all customs, duties, taxes and clearing charges, which will be billed COD upon delivery by the carrier. Although our Admin Office is in Canada, all prices are in U.S. dollars and most products are warehoused in and shipped from the U.S. Personalized, Custom & Special Order items may ship directly from the manufacturer. Please note that we do not carry inventory in our Canadian Admin office and we do not operate a storefront at this time. | | RETURN POLICY | All of our regular stock products come with a 15 Day Money Back Guarantee, unless otherwise noted (see exceptions below). Each return will require a Return Authorization Number to ensure that your refund or exchange is processed in a timely fashion.
