Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders for regular stock items are normally shipped within 2 - 4 business days of confirmed payment. Delivery time varies based upon your individual location, but can take an additional 4 - 6 business days. Special Order items, as noted, are created to order, so please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery.
Q: How much will it cost to ship my order?
A: For items shipping within the Lower 48 U.S. States and Canada, shipping is automatically calculated in your shopping cart. Simply add the items you are interested in, enter your zip code and a quote will be generated.
Q: Do you charge taxes?
A: We don't currently charge tax on online orders. However, for orders outside of the U.S., taxes, duties and other charges will be due upon delivery.
Q: Are there any additional costs on shipments to Canada or other countries outside of the U.S.?
A: Shipping costs only cover freight, and do not include customs, duties and applicable taxes, which may be due upon delivery.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal as well as certified checks and money orders. You may process your order (and payment) online, mail your check order to us, or fax your credit card order to our dedicated fax order line.
Q: Where are your stores located?
A: Art & Home is available exclusively online, we do not currently have store locations.
Q: How can I reach you if I have questions?
A: Send us an E-mail to ensure that your question receives the most complete and timely response. E-mail inquiries are responded to within 24 - 48 hours (excluding holidays).
Q: Are you prices in U.S. or Canadian Dollars?
A: All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Q: Where are your offices?
A: Our offices are located in Barrie, Ontario, Canada (just outside of Toronto). However, most products ship from warehouse facilities in the U.S.
Q: What carrier do you use to ship items, FedEx or UPS?
A: The carrier often depends on what is being shipped, where it is being shipped from and where it is being shipped to. In most cases, UPS or FedEx are the carriers of choice, but there are exceptions. We do not, at this time, offer an option regarding the carrier as we use the one that is considered best for the individual circumstances.
Q: Do I have to pay upfront for Special Order or Pre-Order items?
A: As Special Order items are often created to your specifications (including finish and color options), payments must be processed before the order can be placed. For pre-order items placed through the site, payment at the time of checkout is required unless other arrangements are made in advance.
