CONDITIONS:
These Terms & Conditions set forth the terms and conditions for membership in the
Art & Home Trade Discount.
Art & Home may change the
Trade Discount Program or these Terms & Conditions from time to time,
and any such changes will be posted here and will become effective
immediately upon being posted on this page.
Your continued use of
the trade discount constitutes your agreement to the changed Terms & Conditions.
1. The trade discount is not valid with any other offer, purchase of gift
certificates, shipping and processing fees, taxes or for any products or services excluded by the
Trade Discount Program Terms & Conditions.
2. To qualify for the
Trade Discount Program, you must be a registered and fully operational
interior design or decorating firm. This can be verified by the
following (alternate verification can be accepted at Art & Home's sole
discretion):
- Valid membership with
ASID (American Society of Interior Designers),
IDA (International Interior Design Association), AIA (American Institute of Architects),
IDS (Interior Design Society), CID (Certified Interior Decorators International)
- A current a valid
business listing in the Yellow Pages or other recognized business
directory.
- Customized letterhead
with your company name
- A valid business
license.
Art & Home may request
proof of the above at it's sole discretion and may refuse to issue your
trade discount certificate until proof is provided.
Art & Home reserves the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion. Each designer must individually apply for membership.
Employees of Art-and-Home.net are not eligible for membership.
3. Misuse of membership may result in membership termination. Misuse includes, without limitation: use of the trade discount for personal purchases, any resale of merchandise purchased using the trade discount through any retail outlet (e.g., resale on or through any retail or auction Web site or store), reimbursement of trade discount upon merchandise return, transfer of membership, allowing others to use the
trade discount (e.g., sharing the discount certificate with a friend,
family member or client), and submitting false, expired or misleading information in connection with a membership application.
4. Trade discounts offered are based on a minimum purchase of $500,
not including taxes, shipping or other fees. Item cancellations or
returns that reduce the order total to below $500 will nullify the Trade
Discount and will be reduced from any return credits offered.
5. Art & Home reserves the right to terminate a membership at its discretion, with or without notice to the member.

Our Admin Office Telephone Number is: 705-321-7945 In an effort to keep our prices as low as possible, we do not run a costly call-centre, which can often increase prices by 20 - 40%, even if you never need to call it. Although our office is in Canada, all prices are in U.S. dollars and most products are warehoused in and shipped from the U.S. Not all products can be imported into Canada or other areas outside of the Continental U.S. at this time. Canadian and International customers will be responsible for any and all customs, duties, taxes and clearing charges, which will be billed COD upon delivery by the carrier. We are working to make more and more of our products available to our Canadian customers, but please contact us to inquire about shipping outside of the U.S.
